Terms & Conditions of entry for the Cobble Country Property 2009 Monthly online competition:

All answers must be made on the online form and submitted no later than the last day of that months competition. The winner will be posted on the website within 7 days of the draw which will take place within 5 working days following the end of each monthly competition.

No employees of Cobble Country Property shall be eligible to enter and each person who must be over 18 years old can enter once for each monthly competition. Mandatory identification details are required for each entry to ensure compliance with entry conditions. Your details will only be used by Cobble Country Property (trading name of Nigel Close Ltd. Registered in England & Wales Co. No. 1908404) to keep you informed and will not be passed to any Company or body not controlled by the owners of Cobble Country Property. You will be able to request us to remove you from the mailshots at any time in each mailshot as well as on the website. Answers from each monthly competitions will also be required for entry into the Cobble Country Property £300 Xmas prize draw in December 2009. Different Terms and conditions will apply to the £300 Xmas Prize Draw competition which will be posted online in September 2009.
